Preaching in Pittsburgh (PPM)

  Hey guys!  Kind of a wild run this week but we had 2 amazing exchanges that went really well and Dashon got in contact with us again and really wants to be baptized on Dec.18th again! So that's super cool.  I got a call from my mission president on Saturday and I was really nervous because I thought it was going to have to do with my injury but instead he asked me to be one of his assistants for the rest of my mission!  Kind of crazy but we'll figure it out. I got a document with 47 pages worth of my new roles and responsibilities so wish me luck haha.  Also we're white washing a new area so neither of us will know anything and I love that!! Beef of the Week!:  I'm super sad that I don't get to stay here for the next transfer... After the success the Lord has been gifting us with, I was excited to see 7 of our friends get baptized next transfer but I always get moved right before my friends get baptized... Oh well..  Yooo what's up everyone!  I hope this email finds all of you well!  This week has been a roller coaster!  Some highest of highs and lowest of lows!!  Overall, not my worst week though so it's all good!  We helped Charles make a workout plan so he can more fully follow the word of wisdom by keeping his body healthy!  We're having a blast here and working hard!  I think of my friends and family back home sometimes though, so don't think you're not getting thought of by me!  Beef of the Week!:  This week my beef is with one of our friend's husband.  He's making the home an unsafe environment for her and her daughters and she is really struggling right now to find out what she should do!  Keep her in your prayers and let's hope that all turns out well!  She's on date for Dec. 18 and we hope that it goes through because we know this will bless her life!   What a beautiful week! Our friend Charles was baptised and he is the most pure soul you'll ever meet! Like seriously, he apologizes when he doesn't say, "Yes Sir". Like seriously precious and it was wonderful helping him along his journey here, and we're excited to see how the rest of his journey goes! After we pulled him out of the water (Elder Yates and I were both in the water per request to help.) he looks up after closing his eyes for 5-10 seconds (He was taking it all in) looks us dead in the eyes and says, "Let's do it again!" haha it was amazing! Beef of the Week!:  So when being baptized, you need to wear white underwear or the see through jumpsuits will be a little revealing! We uh forgot to tell that to Charles... Hello everybody!  I hope your week has been as good as mine was!  We went and got an ACL brace fitted for my knee and I'll get it this week!  Everything has been going well and the Lord has been moving his work forward!  It's been cool to see his hand in so many different ways this week with Elder Yates and my area, the zone, and the mission! Beef of the Week!:  bad attitudes!  We went on some exchanges this week with some Elders that had some bad attitudes about their area and it's definitely been holding them back for the past little bit!  They're all set now!  The exchange was perfect as we were able to see miracles from the Lord, they were able to regain their faith!   Hey what's up everyone!  This was the best week I've had on my mission in terms of finding new people to teach!  As a zone we found more than our mission president has ever seen in a week.  So... THE LORD IS HASTENING HIS WORK!!!!   It's super fun and exciting to be a part of it!   I wouldn't rather be anywhere else!! Beef of the Week!:  The lack of weights...
