Transfer Week
Hello everyone!
I hope your week was as good as mine, if not better! This week we got to stay in our area the whole week which was nice. We were supposed to have like 8 friends at church and we knocked on a bunch of their doors before church but no one answered so that was super lame... But we met some really cool people and experienced a lot of miracles!Beef of the Week!: Jimmy Deans sausage... On Thursday night we didn't really have time to cook dinner so I heated up some Jimmy Dean sausages and got food poisoning from it! Friday was the worst day ever! But we pushed through and still got the Transfer Boards completed with our Mission President so it ended up being alright.
Babe of the Week!: Our boy Jeanluc started talking with us and he's super interested! He wants to be baptized but doesn't know how to tell his family that he needs to get baptized again by a different church haha. He's really cool though! He has a nice crib and he's from Africa so that's so cool!
Spiritual Thought!: Ronald A. Rasband said, "Our lives are like a chessboard, and the Lord moves us from one place to another - if we are responsive to spiritual promptings." I really liked this quote because of the last half of the sentence which I bolded. As we stay worthy and prepared to receive spiritual promptings and then react appropriately we WILL be doing what the Lord wants and needs us to do. It's so cool how we can be on the Lord's errand and be a literal tool in His hand!
Homies in Canonsburg!: Dana is getting baptized March 4th now instead of next weekend. But she's on fire and really ready! She wants her daughter to start learning about what she is learning too! Jeanluc is a dawg and will hopefully be baptized soon! Matt, Brianne and Logan have been incognito so that's pretty sad but hopefully we'll be able to get them to church and then to the water so their little family can get sealed!
Have a great week!
