I Get to Drive a Tacoma

 Hello everybody! 

I hope your week has been as eventful and successful as mine!  First week as an AP and it's going relatively well.  My companion is super sick and I just hope and pray it doesn't get to me too!  Also, it's his birthday so that's sad being sick on your birthday.. But overall things are great!

Beef of the Week!:  TECHNOLOGY!!  I didn't realize how many technology problems there were in the mission until I had everyone asking me to fix it for them lol.. So dad, you might become my go to man to help me here haha. 

Babe of the Week!:  President and Sister Wright!  Elder Sine and I went over there yesterday for a super long meeting about the beginning of the transfer and MLC and stuff and they fed us some good lunch and dinner (we fasted Saturday dinner so we could have Sunday lunch) so that was super nice of them!

Homies in Canonsburg!:  So when we got here, there were only about 4 friends in the areabook that were being taught, so we kind of just started fresh but we talked to this one really sick guy named Tyrell and he's legit!  He's gone through a lot in life from selling drugs to selling sneakers (you can see how we started talking to him now hehe) and he has 7 kids and is really just trying to help the best he can so that was a really neat conversation!

Spiritual Thought!:  As I've been praying and studying to know how to best help the mission, I came across the talk, "In Awe of Christ and His Gospel" by Elder Soares and in it he says, "My brothers and sisters, when we truly are in awe of Jesus Christ and His gospel, we are happier, we have more enthusiasm for God’s work, and we recognize the Lord’s hand in all things."  There are many things in this talk that I want to share with each of you, but then this gmail would become his talk, lol, but it's very true, we find more joy and desire to work when we truly are in awe of Christ and His gospel!  Go read this talk and do something about it!!
