Prayer Bear
Yo what up gang back here with another week under my belt!
Not a bad week at all! Most of the district was quarantined a lot of the week but it's aight cuz we all got together for District Council on Thursday! We ended up getting Panda and sat in our cars cuz the lobby was closed. I finished my new clothing brand! Lemme know what y'all think and if you want one!! I've been praying for all of you all week! Love you guys tons!
Babe of the Week!: Aight guys this week's babe is the Glosengers! They have a snake named Sevvy which is hype and they let me hold him! Obviously I put a pound of hand sanitizer on after but it was still hype! Sister Glosenger also gave us bracelets that say, "Valuable beyond measure" and, "You are priceless" which I really like so that's cool!
Beef of the Week!: Taco Bell screwed me over this week! We stopped by on our way home during dinner and I had 2 gift cards and I didn't know how much money was on them so I gave both, and they gave both back to me NOT TELLING ME WHICH ONE HAD MONEY LEFT! Also they forgot my sauce... So that was pretty lame! But it's okay, maybe they were having a bad day and just forgot.
Spiritual thought!: I gave a talk yesterday on ministering and the importance of it! I liked this quote I found, "Sometimes we think we have to do something grand and heroic to “count” as serving our neighbors. Yet simple acts of service can have profound effects on others—as well as on ourselves. What did the Savior do? Through His supernal gifts of the Atonement and Resurrection—which we celebrate on this beautiful Easter Sunday—“none other has had so profound an influence [on] all who have lived and who will yet live upon the earth.” But He also smiled at, talked with, walked with, listened to, made time for, encouraged, taught, fed, and forgave. He served family and friends, neighbors and strangers alike, and He invited acquaintances and loved ones to enjoy the rich blessings of His gospel. Those “simple” acts of service and love provide a template for our ministering today."
I know that was long but it's worth it so go read it cuz I know you skipped it.
Homies here in Beaver!: I don't know if I've told you about Harold but he is this homie that is blind and has a physical disability so he is in a wheelchair! We help him come into church every week and he's already read the whole Book of Mormon in like 2 weeks! It impresses me so much! Also we're teaching Kylie who is 13 and has a little bit of a learning disorder but wants to get baptized on her birthday in April! Pray for her to be able to learn the lessons needed and to be able to understand it all so she can continue to progress towards baptism!
Love you guys so much thanks for the love, support, and prayers!
