Earth's FINEST WATER!
Hello friends and family!
This week ZOOMED by! Had a good district council on Wednesday, and got in contact with some people that we haven't been able to get in contact with for awhile! Had like 6 member visits this last week but Covid just destroyed them all so we ended up not meeting with a lot of them but it was still a good week so we'll just hurry on over to y'alls favorite part of BABE AND BEEF OF THE WEEK!
Babe of the Week!: This week's babe has GOT to be the Costco workers! We were on a time crunch on Wednesday after district council and we were STARVING so we stopped by Costco and were in and out with some chicken bakes within 5 minutes! They came in clutch for sure!
Beef of the Week!: Okok if you haven't been to Sheetz then you probably won't know what I'm talking about but they have what's called a "Shnack Wrap" and I decided to try it instead of getting the regular Sheetz dawgs and these shnack wraps were DISGUSTING! Absolutely a huge waste of money! DON'T EVER TRY THEM!!
Homies in Beaver!: This week we got some new homies we be teaching the gospel to! Adam and Britney still M.I.A and Anna got sick so we didn't meet with her so that was a bust but we taught Carly's boyfriend John and they came to church yesterday! Also we just called this homie Greg and he's been taught by missionaries before and he wants to meet soon! So just pray that goes well!
Spiritual Thought!: Okay this one might be a wild ride... But this one is about the fall of Adam and Eve. A lot of people think God tricked Adam and Eve into transgressing, but He didn't. In the Premortal life Lucifer had a plan to have us all come to earth and be perfect, never make mistakes, and then go back to heaven. God's plan was different, in that we would come to earth, struggle, learn, and grow, and our mistakes would be made clean by a savior (if we repented). We also know that God cannot/does not make evil. He is ONLY good! Therefore, he couldn't place sin on the earth. Instead, he tricked Lucifer into putting sin on the earth instead of Lucifer having the plan he wanted of perfection. This was a genius plan by God because then Lucifer's plan doesn't happen, and he also isn't the creator of evil or bad. Kinda crazy to think about and I hope that made sense lol but I love y'all!
